Method of payment

Dear users,

The products you want to order through the Bebaonline online store can be purchased in the following ways:

• Payment cards Visa, Mastercard, Maestro.
• PayPal system

Payment by cards

You can pay for your order using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro. The card must be approved by the issuing bank for online (Internet) payment.

When ordering online, by selecting the appropriate payment method, you will be redirected to the Raiffeisen bank page, which is protected and safe for this type of payment. Your payment card data is not available to our system for a single moment.

When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and the PKI system, as the current state-of-the-art cryptographic technology. Data security during purchases is guaranteed by the payment card processor. Raiffeisen ad Beograd, so the entire payment process is carried out on the bank’s website.

Payment card information is not available to our system.

Data entry and verification are exclusively performed between the card user and Raiffeisen Bank, and the online merchant has no insight into the data being exchanged.

Payment is possible with payment cards of domestic and foreign banks.

Payment to residents of the Republic of Serbia is allowed only in RSD currency.

In case of non-compliance with the rules, the buyer bears criminal and material responsibility.

Only the owner of the payment card can make the payment.

PayPal payment

1. Select the desired product/s
2. Access the cart to continue the purchase process
3. Enter data
4. Select PayPal as the payment method and confirm the payment.
5. The system will redirect you to the PayPal platform: enter your username and password and access your account.
6. After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Payment by PayPal is regulated by Article 32. The Law on Foreign Exchange Business (“Official Gazette of RS”, no. 62/2006, 31/2011, 119/2012 and 139/2014) in paragraph 2 and 3 stipulates the following:

“Residents can make payments with foreign countries and through electronic money issuers – for payment and collection based on the electronic purchase and sale of goods and services.” Residents – natural persons can make payments abroad through a payment institution and a public postal operator that provides payment services, in accordance with the law regulating payment services.

Funds of residents, which are managed as foreign electronic money institutions for the purpose of payment, i.e. collection for the electronic purchase and sale of goods and services, are not considered a deposit within the meaning of Article 27, paragraph 2 of this law.

Payment via PayPal can only be made by non-residents of the Republic of Serbia. Residents of the Republic of Serbia are not allowed to pay via Paypal. In case of non-compliance with the rules, the buyer bears criminal and material responsibility.
